When will my account be activated?

If you pay with a credit card, your account will be activated immediately. If you pay with a Purchase Order, your account will be activated when we receive the Purchase Order.

Can I buy additional user accounts later?

Yes. You can buy additional user accounts at any time, and we only charge the difference between the package prices, and we prorate it for the number of months remaining on the subscription.

What is the difference between Yabla Spanish and LoMasTV ?

LoMasTV contains videos that are not appropriate for all audiences. Spanish Teachers at the K-12 levels should use Yabla Spanish for their classrooms.

Can I change the user accounts during the year?

Yes. With a group account, you control who has access and can add or remove users at any time so long as you stay below the number of accounts purchased.

Can I buy a 9-month / school year subscription?

No. We only offer 12-month subscriptions. If you inisist on a 9 month subscription, the price is the same, and we will throw in 3 months for free.
