Chef Christian Le Squer, takes us into the kitchen of his three-Michelin-starred restaurant, Le Cinq. You will see the cooks at work making exquisite dishes. Le Squer wants the food cooked to perfection, even "sexy," as he puts it. His job is to taste only, but it's not as easy as it looks.

Alessandro goes to the flea market to interview the owners of a charming vintage boutique specializing in clothes and accessories from the 1880s to the 1980s. The owners even dress the part in their gorgeous costumes.

René-Marc Cohen, a very fine artisan, will show us how to upholster a squat armchair, "un fauteuil crapaud" (literally a "toad armchair").
